A Network Built on Shared Purpose

Watermen's Alliance is broader than any single club. Each member organization brings its own culture, geography, and leadership — but shares a common commitment to protecting responsible spearfishing access in California.

Through the Alliance, member clubs have a collective platform in regulatory processes and public forums that no individual club could sustain alone. When a public comment period opens or a commission hearing is scheduled, the Alliance coordinates a unified, credible response on behalf of the network.

This cooperative structure — not competition, but coordination — is what gives the Alliance its reach and its voice. The clubs remain independent. Their collective advocacy does not.
