NCUH has been a cornerstone of the Northern California dive community for years, connecting watermen across the region and helping build a stronger, more organized presence in public advocacy.
As a member of Watermen's Alliance, NCUH contributes Northern California's voice to a statewide coalition working to protect spearfishing access and responsible ocean practice throughout the state.
